Last updated: 07/04/2026

1. Who we are

Hangry Studio is a UK-based creative studio providing strategic, creative, and product development services across digital and physical outputs. Throughout this document, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Hangry Studio. “You” refers to any visitor, user, or client of our website or services.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Use of this website

This website is intended to share information about our work, services, and thinking, provide a way to get in touch or start a project, and showcase examples, ideas, and work in progress. You agree to use this site lawfully and without attempting to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access. You must not copy or misuse any content from this site, as outlined in Section 5.

4. Services and project work

Hangry Studio provides bespoke creative and strategic services, including creative strategy and direction, branding and identity development, game, app, and digital product development, physical product development, and workshops or consultancy. All project work is governed by separate agreements such as proposals, statements of work, or contracts. These Terms & Conditions do not replace or override those agreements.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, visuals, branding, and ideas, is owned by or licensed to Hangry Studio unless otherwise stated. You may view and reference content for personal or professional inspiration, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse content for commercial purposes, claim our work as your own, or use any content without permission. Any client work shown remains the property of the respective client unless stated otherwise.

6. Project enquiries and submissions

If you contact us or submit a project enquiry, you agree that the information provided is accurate. Initial conversations do not form a contract, and we are not obligated to take on any project. We may use anonymised insights from enquiries to improve our services and understanding of client needs.

7. Third parties and collaborators

We work with a trusted network of freelancers, partners, and suppliers to deliver projects. Where relevant, third parties may contribute to project delivery, and their roles and responsibilities will be outlined within project agreements. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services linked from this site.

8. Creative outcomes and expectations

Creative work is inherently subjective. While we apply experience, strategy, and care to every project, we do not guarantee specific commercial, financial, or performance outcomes. Any projections, ideas, or recommendations shared are based on insight and experience, not certainty.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that this website will always be available, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website, including loss of data, loss of business or revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Content accuracy

We aim to keep all information on this website up to date and accurate. However, all content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as professional or legal advice.

11. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during project discussions will be treated with care and discretion. Formal confidentiality agreements, such as NDAs, will be handled separately where required.

12. Portfolio and case studies

We respect that some client work may be confidential or commercially sensitive. We will only share or showcase client work, including case studies, visuals, or outcomes, with prior permission where required or agreed.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

15. Contact
