Every project arrives with different challenges, goals and expectations, so rather than forcing a fixed method, we shape our approach to suit the needs of the project. However, most of our projects follow a natural progression:
Discovery
We start by listening and asking questions to build an understanding of your goals, challenges and opportunities. Together we define what success looks like, agree on what needs building and establish the foundation for development.
Direction
We combine your knowledge with our strategic and creative thinking to shape a clear direction. Scope, focus and creative direction are defined so decisions can be made with confidence.
Development
This is where thinking turns into action. Ideas are explored through concepts, design work, prototypes, narrative development or platform planning. Progress happens through collaboration, feedback loops and prototype reviews.
Delivery
We prepare the finished work for launch, production or implementation. Whether digital, physical or both, the aim is to ensure it performs as intended once it reaches the people and purpose it was designed for. Ongoing support is available as the project grows or evolves.
All of this is wrapped up in a collaborative experience.
